Rob is an accomplished senior business leader with a rich 27-year career in industrial operations and project management, spanning across six continents in sectors including infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, and mining. He is renowned for developing robust project systems for some of the world’s largest industrial construction projects. His expertise encompasses leading system implementations for both owner and EPCM organizations, significantly enhancing business performance.

In his decade-long tenure with a world-leading EPCM and 13 subsequent years with owner organizations, Rob has consistently driven optimal business outcomes. He notably spearheaded the systems strategy for Rio Tinto's global major projects, managing the extensive deployment of these systems across the company's significant project portfolio.

Rob's profound insights as a subject matter expert in engineering and construction systems have established him as a foremost practitioner in supporting highly effective project teams. He excels in strategy and implementation across engineering, procurement and contracts, project controls, and construction processes and technologies.
